The Suite Retreat
When you book The Suite Retreat, you'll enjoy...
Beds:
1 queen bed and a small pullout suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults max. Need more space?
We offer dry tent rentals to accommodate additional guests.
Amenities:
- Linens and towels
- Heating, cooling, and a fan
- Electricity and outdoor receptacle
- Small fridge & freezer, microwave, and coffee pot
- Some toiletries (based on guest count)
- Grilling area with seating
- Seasonal outdoor water spigot
- Private and communal firepit (wood available for purchase)
- Access to the bathhouse with a full shower, dishwashing sink, and two ½ baths

Connectivity:
Wi-Fi coming soon. Verizon cell service works well at the property.
Bathrooms:
Shared facilities, but with only one tent currently available, they’re essentially private. Located approximately 100 ft. from the tent.
Unique Views:
The Suite Retreat is nestled in the woods with a direct view of an open field where deer often graze.
Add Ons:
Kayak and outdoor equipment rentals and dry tent to accommodate more guests.

Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- Guests must be 18 years or older to book accommodations.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- A $100 refundable deposit will be authorized at check-in for incidentals.
- Deposit holds will be released within 5–7 business days after check-out, provided no damages or policy violations occur.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We do not accept cash.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled 30 days or more before check-in.
- 50% refund if canceled 15–30 days before check-in.
- If canceled 14 days or less before check-in, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
- Guests may request a reschedule at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability and potential rate differences.
Guest & Visitor Policy
- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay on the property overnight.
- Any additional visitors must obtain a day pass to use the facilities.
- If you wish to host a small or large event, please refer to our Event Contact Form for a personalized quote.
Tent Rules
- No smoking or vaping of any substance inside tents.
- Guests must follow all property signage, including ‘No Guest Entry’ and ‘Staff Only’ areas.
- Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-out may be available for a fee with prior approval.
Pet Policy
- Pets must be leashed or secured with a collar compatible with invisible fencing.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Pets may not be left unattended anywhere on the property, including inside tents. Kennels are required if pets are left indoors.
