Booking & Payment

• Guests must be 18 years or older to book accommodations.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• A $100 refundable deposit will be authorized at check-in for incidentals.
• Deposit holds will be released within 5–7 business days after check-out, provided no damages or policy violations occur.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We do not accept cash.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if canceled 30 days or more before check-in.
• 50% refund if canceled 15–30 days before check-in.
• If canceled 14 days or less before check-in, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
• Guests may request a reschedule at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability and potential rate differences.

Guest & Visitor Policy

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay on the property overnight.
• Any additional visitors must obtain a day pass to use the facilities.
• If you wish to host a small or large event, please refer to our Event Contact Form for a personalized quote.

Tent Rules

• No smoking or vaping of any substance inside tents.
• Guests must follow all property signage, including ‘No Guest Entry’ and ‘Staff Only’ areas.
• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-out may be available for a fee with prior approval.
• Please dispose of all trash in the receptacle located at the exit.
• Place all towels in the provided bag and wash any used dishes before departure.
• Lock doors and place keys in the drop box upon check-out.

Pet Policy

• Pets must be leashed or secured with a collar compatible with invisible fencing.
• Owners must clean up after their pets.
• Pets may not be left unattended anywhere on the property, including inside tents. Kennels are required if pets are left indoors.

This Release of Liability (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned guest(s) (“Guest”) and Allbee Acres (“Property Owner”), as a condition of the Guest’s rental and use of the vacation property and its amenities. By signing this Agreement, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

1. Assumption of Risk

The Guest understands that the use of the vacation property, its grounds, facilities, and any provided amenities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. The Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether foreseeable or not, and accepts full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their party.

2. Release and Waiver

In consideration for being permitted to rent and use the vacation property, the Guest hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the Property Owner, its agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Guest or any member of their party, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while on or around the property.

3. Indemnification

The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the Guest’s use of the property or violation of any terms of this Agreement.

4. Property Rules and Compliance

The Guest agrees to comply with all posted rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Property Owner. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

5. Acknowledgment of Understanding

The Guest has read this Release of Liability and fully understands its terms. The Guest understands that they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue, and they sign this Agreement freely and voluntarily.

By renting or participating in activities at Allbee Acres, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Release of Liability.

1. Eligibility: Guests must be 18 years or older to rent. Minors aged 13–17 may use equipment alone with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Safety: All participants must follow posted safety guidelines and wear appropriate safety equipment when required.
3. Risks: You acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. Participation is voluntary, and you accept all such risks.
4. Property Damage: You agree to return all rented equipment in the condition it was provided. Any loss or damage is your responsibility, and you agree to pay full replacement cost.
5. Conduct: All guests must act responsibly and respect other guests, staff, and property. Allbee Acres reserves the right to remove any guest without refund for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
6. Weather: No refunds are provided for cancellations due to weather or other conditions beyond our control.
7. Liability Waiver: You release, waive, and discharge Allbee Acres, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Agreement: By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Release of Liability.
